Biever Collection

The Gallery of Sports Art, Inc. is proud to represent "The Vernon J. Biever Classic Collection" of sports photography. Vernon and his two sons, John & Jim Biever, took these vintage sports images over the last 50 years. As the patriarch of the family, Vernon has captured the achievements of some of the biggest names and greatest moments in sports history while teaching his sons to follow in his footsteps.

Currently in his mid 70's, Vernon continues to serve as the staff photographer for the Green Bay Packers with his son Jim. His oldest son John, is a nationally recognized photographer for Sports Illustrated magazine. One special note of distinction for Vernon and John is that they have both been present to photograph every Super Bowl Game played. This achievement has placed them in a very select group of only 6 individuals.

Photo Production

	The assortment of black and white images presented in "The Vernon J. Biever Classic Collection" are individually produced from the original negatives supplied by the Biever Family. Professional film craftsman take the utmost care in reproducing the sharpest images with deep hues and consistent halftones to insure the finest print possible.

Photo Authenticity

	Each photograph is hand signed by the photographer as part of the authentication process. In addition, a Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each photograph purchased to assure you that you are getting an original Biever first generation photograph.
